Bethanny is "cut above" her peers. She is very professional, polite, and proficient at her vocation. She actively listened to our needs, developed a strategy to help us sell our townhouse and buy a single family home. Even though the Oak Park market had a substantial amount of townhome inventory to choose from, Bethanny was not discouraged. She gave us great tips on staging, pricing, and timing on when to put our house on the market. After about 3 weeks and a couple of open houses, we got a strong offer of 99% of the asking price. While we were in the process of selling our townhome, Bethanny also managed to actively and aggressively search for the perfect new home that would accommodate our needs and she nailed it. She found two homes in our price point range with everything we asked for and a couple issues (seller induced), Bethanny, advocated for us, politely educated the seller who didn't understand the real-estate rules and quickly helped us put a bid in on the perfect home to where we live today. There is no one whom I trust more when it comes to buying and selling my home because she is more than just a Realtor, she is a friend and family member. There’s no better advocate to have when making the especially major decision to buy and/or sell your home. You will not find a smarter, savvier, more personable, thoroughly professional person to work with. Choosing her to partner with when taking this very personal, sometimes scary & stressful journey is the first step towards success. Bethanny is an amazing realtor! I met with her at my home on a Friday in late January to formulate a plan to sell it. On the following Friday it was listed on the open market. By late Sunday, the day that I had my Open House & two days after my home was listed, I had two offers. Monday brought two more offers. It all went amazingly fast. She worked hard in those first few days to highlight my home in the best possible way, stressing how crucial those first few days were in selling it. In that first week before my home went on the market, she had been by with her photographer to take pictures & to arrange things meticulously, & also to do a promo video with her finance person Dan Matas for a new loan program. She used that opportunity to market my home. Consequently, it sold quickly at well above the listing price.
